The Art of Italian Aperitivo at Paradiso.
“When in Rome, do as the Romans do” is one of those maxims that tends to come in handy wherever you go, especially in Italy, and especially when it’s Aperitivo o’clock. Perhaps our favorite Italian tradition is the aperitivo, an event that combines the best of both worlds, drink and a light meal at the end of a workday, prepping us for dinner time. Despite the intensely regional character of Italian culture, this is one observance, along with Sunday soccer, that you will find in almost every single town and city in the peninsula and at Paradiso! We think it is a great way to experience the destination, to people-watch, to unwind with a friends and colleagues to the sounds of our resident DJ after a long day of work or sightseeing.
Aperitivo Paradiso is available daily from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and it includes a selection of the canapes of the day with Paradiso’s signature Aperol Spritz and farandole of perfumes by our famous alchemist Emmanuel Balestra. On the side, guests can mix it up with Paradiso’s Italian tapas and traditional focaccia.

Michelin Star Chef Pierre Gagnaire and Madame Rubi started this institution for generations to meet and celebrate life’s finest moments! With Rubi and Gagnaire helming Paradiso, the menu features not only dishes inspired by the Mediterranean but also a side of thrilling dining and entertaining adventure and unique sensorial journey which needs to be experienced. Paradiso offers its guests an evening of pure escapism by pairing the guests culinary experience with classic sounds of the beautiful European and Mediterranean coasts. The experience is enhanced by signature cocktails curated by our alchemist Emmanuel Balestra!
Felicita is available on Thursdays from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and following by a dining experience and entertainment.
